Financial Aid Next Steps

Make sure you’ve filed the FAFSA—the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. We’ll need that to determine your eligibility for gifts and other assistance. We begin sending Financial Aid Notifications to incoming first-year students in March.

If your decision is made, congrats, Bulldog! Let’s make it official. New students must submit a $500 deposit to secure a spot in the incoming class.

After you’ve paid the deposit, take a deep breath. The hardest part is over—you’ve decided! But we’ve got a lot to do. Get an email account. Start the New Student Registration process. Complete your housing application. Let’s get started.
